You may request a cancellation, and we will issue a refund after deducting a 6%
transaction fee.
After 24 hours of placing the order:
A cancellation and restocking fee will apply, depending on the order type and the stage of the production or shipping process.
We will assess the impact on our operations and inform you of the applicable charges before proceeding.
🔹 Custom & Personalized Orders:
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized order (including engraving, special sizing, or design modifications) are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange once the order has been confirmed and processing has begun.
